Essex Carers Network is working with Mid Essex ICB on a lived‑experience project to understand the views of people with a learning disability. We want to hear about their experiences of health services, and their understanding of their medication and medication reviews.
We are working with the Colne Valley PCN registered patients, which includes the GP practices:
- Kelvedon and Feering Health Centre
- Freshwell Health Centre – Finchingfield
- The Elizabeth Courtauld Surgery
- The Pump House Surgery
- The Coggeshall Surgery
- Hedingham Medical Centre
