Colchester Carers Creative is a monthly art and craft peer support group for family carers caring for a loved one with a learning disability which may include autism or other disabilities too.
Come along to try some free crafts with people who understand the caring role. Ask questions and find information, resources through Essex Carers Network. Enjoy a free cuppa, meet new people and do some art/crafting during the break from your caring role.
