We will have Steph Baker-Learning Disabilities & Autism Acute Nurse Specialist from Colchester Hospital, talking about all things health of our loved one with a learning disability and autism.
Steph will be available to chat about what her team can do to support our loved ones and us when a hospital visit is needed, what we as families can do to prepare for emergencies.
