We are really excited to share with our families, our ‘Marketplace Event’ which will now be on Wednesday 8th March 2023 from 10 am to 4 pm at Hamptons Sports & Leisure Ltd in Chelmsford.
We want to make this a place where families caring for a family member with a learning disability which could also include autism can find out a wealth of information about opportunities and services in Essex all in one place.
This event gives you the chance to drop in at a time that works for you and explore the many stands.
Do you want to know more about the opportunities for young people and adults after education?

Do you want to know about housing options?
Do you have questions about social care?
Do you want to know how the specialist learning disability health team can support your family member?
To address the above and much more join us on the day.

Our next Space to Gather in Tendring is Thursday 9th of March 2023 from 10 am to 12. We will be meeting on the second Thursday of each month. We look forward to seeing you there.

Our next Craft & Natter Group is on Tuesday the 21st of March 2023 from 6.30 pm – 9 pm.
If you have not attended before, booking is essential, so please do get in touch, we would love more carers to join our lovely crafting group at the Acorn Village. If you are working on a project, you are more than welcome to bring this along. We provide a full FREE art kit.

Join us for our Space to Gather in Chelmsford on Tuesday 28th of March 2023 from 10 am to 12 pm. We will meet at Coffee Central at the Central Baptist Church, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1LN.
We will meet on the last Tuesday of each month.
Come along for a cuppa, cake, and an opportunity to meet others who care for someone with learning disabilities, including autism.
