This month our spotlight is on how your family member gets to their activities. We want to know when your loved one goes to their day opportunity or to perhaps the gym, have they got transport funded part of their social care budget, are they dependent on their families to take them.
By collating this information, it will help us to have a better understanding of how our loved ones commute, any challenges they face or wins that have been achieved, so that we can work with the local authority and service providers to make sure transport isn’t a barrier to accessing the community and living a meaningful live.
