Our friends at Summit – TMHS are looking for people who are:

🔸An adult with a Learning Disability and Autism,
🔸Or a Family Carer of an adult with a Learning Disability,
🔸Or a Family Carer of an adult with a Learning Disability and Autism.
They are looking for some feedback from individuals with a Learning Disability and their families on the use of pharmacies in Essex.
