This month we are launching our long anticipated A Place To Call Home –Guide for Family Carers.
It has been a long time in the making because we wanted to make sure we included everything, and that the information was as accurate as possible.
We hope that our families find it a useful tool when considering the accommodation opportunities that are right for their family member with a learning disability. We hope that practitioners will find it a useful tool to share with families to aid the discussions of future housing options.
