Health (physical or mental health)

In first instance contact GP or out of hours. If unable to contact GP use NHS 111 or in an emergency dial 999.

If you need to speak to someone about mental health select the mental health option when you dial 111 to speak to a trained mental health practitioner. This service is available 24 hours a day for people experiencing mental health crisis including children and young people.
