๐ฅOur friends at Ace Anglia made a great video about going for your annual health check. We have worked with them and Suffolk and North Essex ICB to produce an easy ready pre-health check questionnaire to help people with a learning disability prepare for their annual health check.
๐We have also worked with them to produce a questionnaire for after the health check, to check whether it was a good health check with the hope that any feedback can be used to improve annual health checks for people.
